Return Policy

If you are not happy with any of our products please email in the first instance.
We will accept returns for refund or exchange.
We do not refund the cost of postage. For exchange (for jackets for example) we reserve the right to charge additional p&p.
We are very fair and will do our utmost to maintain customer satisfaction.

For most purchases, p&p costs are accurate. Should we grossly overcharge, we will happily give a partial refund.

We endeavour to send all items by recorded delivery, signed for or by courier.
